PEACE

A READING

 

I am Estella M. McGhee-Siehoff, American

Poetess from Orlando , Florida USA .

 

The pleasure is gone, for the season of the

pleasure of sin, is only fleeting.

 

The times have changed.

 

Jerusalem is no longer trodden down of the Gentiles.

 

“ And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.”

Luke 21:24

 

Jerusalem has not been trodden down of the Gentiles since the June war of 1967 in Israel .

 

 

Pharaoh did not ask Moses to call,

God sent him,

And with him,

Ten plagues.

 

Caesar did not ask Paul to call,

God sent him,

And with him,

War.

 

You did not ask me to call,

God sent me,

And with me,

AIDS, famine, pestilences, and earthquakes.

 

God was asked,

And He is sending His Son,

In the Rapture,

For me.

 

 

“ For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

 

FEAR

Fear has not yet come to the United States of

America , but

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE

I asked,

How would you like to go one day without

telling a lie?

 

And she walked away from me.

 

I asked,

How would you like to go one day without stealing?

One hour?

And he slunk away from me.

 

I asked,

How would you like to go one day without

blaspheming God?

 

One hour?

 

And his church money was dried up from me.
