The
Love of God
In the annals of recorded love, there is none to compare with the Love
of
The Father for His Son and His sons by adoption though repentance and
faith.
No one can comprehend
all that is implied by John, the revelator, as he
penned: “I
was in the Spirit on the Lord’s
day, and heard behind me a
great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying,
I am Alpha and Omega, the first
and the last: and, What thou seest,
write in a book, and send it unto
the
seven churches hich are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and into Smyrna,
and
unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and
unto Sardis, and unto
Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea. And I turned to see
the voice that spake
with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;
And in the
midst of the seven candlesticks one unto
the Son of man, clothed with a
garment down to the foot, and girt about the
paps with a golden girdle.
His head and his hairs were white
like wool, as white as snow; and his
eyes were a flame of fire; And his feet
like unto fine brass, as if they
burned in at furnace; and his voice as the
sound of many waters. And he
had in his right hand seven stars: and out of
his mouth went a sharp
twoedged sword: and his countenance was as
the sun shineth in his
strength. And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as
dead. And laid his right
hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not: I am the
first and the last: I am
he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold,
I am alive for evermore,
Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Write
the things which
thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things
which shall be
hereafter; The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest
in my right
hand, and the seven golden I candlesticks. The seven stars are
the
angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou
sawest
are the seven churches.”
(Revelation 1: 10-20)
This is the same Lord
JEHOVAH that Isaiah records as seeing: “In
the
year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne,
high
and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Above it stood the
seraphims:
Each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and
with twain he
covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried
unto another,
and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the L ord of hosts: the whole
earth is full
of his glory. And the posts of the door moved at the voice of
him that cried,
and the house was filled with smoke. Then said I, Woe is
me! For I am undone;
because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in
the midst of
a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the king,
the Lord of
hosts.”
(Isaiah 6: 1-5)
Have you ever seen the
Alpha and Omega, the Crucified One dead and
buried and risen and returning
King and Judge? He come first in the air
for His Bride, the Church Universal. “ For
the Lord himself shall descend
from heaven with a shout, with the voice
of the archangel, and with the
trump of God: and the deaden Christ shall
rise first: Then we which are
alive and remain shall be caught up together
with them in the clouds, to
meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever
be with the Lord.”
(I Thessalonians 4: 16-17)
About seven years later,
for those days will be shortened, those that
have been caught up in the
air to meet The Lord, will return with Him to
Earth from Heaven. “And
his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount
of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of
Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the
west, and
there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain
shall remove
toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And ye
shall flee to the
valley of the mountains, for the valley of the mountains
shall reach unto
Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the
earthquake in the
days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the L ord my God
shall come, and all
the saints with thee.”
(Zechariah 14: 4-5)
“And to you who
are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be
revealed from heaven
with his mighty angels,”
(II Thessalonians 1:7)
John, the Revelator,
seeing this day in vision writes of it this way: “And
I
saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him
was called
Faithful and true, and in righteousness he doth judge and
make war. His eyes were as
a flame of fire, and on his head were many
crowns; and he had a
name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
And he was clothed with a
vesture dipped in blood: and his name is
called The Word of God. And the
armies which were in heaven followed
him upon white horses, clothed
in fine linen, white and clean. And out of
his mouth goeth a sharp sword,
that with it he should smite the nations:
and he shall rule them with a rod
of iron: and he treadeth the winepress
of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty
God. And he hath on his vesture
and on his thigh a name written,
KING OF KINGS AN LORD OF LORDS.
(Revelation 19: 11-16)
Please bow before him
now in simple surrender to His Love, his saving
grace, for He is All Powerful,
All Knowledgeable, and Everywhere
Present. He is God forevermore.
“That if he shall
confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe
in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be
saved. For with the
heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the
mouth confession is
made unto salvation.”
(Romans 10: 9-10)
Dear Lord Jesus Christ I repent of my sins, please forgive me and come
into my heart and save my soul. I thank and praise, extol, glorify, honor,
laud and love Thee. In Thy glorious name, I pray.
